Job summary

Altera in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Operations & OSR Governance lead to manage global logistics execution, OSR workflow improvements, and process automation across sites.

The role requires cross-functional project management, analytics, and strong ERP/logistics systems experience, including Oracle/SAP and WMS/TMS, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, logistics, IE, business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in Global Logistics Operations and related areas.
• Experience with ERP and logistics platforms; familiarity with import/export compliance.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Operations Management across global sites and 3PL coordination.
• Own OSR governance: develop workflows, SOPs, user guides, and trainings.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives with IT partners.
• Manage cross-functional projects across multiple departments.
• Create and maintain operational analytics dashboards and reports.
• Support trade compliance and shipment documentation excellence.
