The Logistics Coordinator in Penang, Malaysia will coordinate daily logistics activities, ensure finished goods are prepared for shipment, manage packing and routing updates, plan shipment schedules, and collaborate with the Program

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistic activities according to SOP.
• Check finished goods are arranged correctly for shipment.
• Ensure accurate system transactions and invoices to customers.
• Update packing, shipping and routing details.
• Plan shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with Program and Warehouse teams for shipment arrangements.
• Work with forwarders for shipment pickup schedules.
• Ensure on-time delivery according to shipment plan.
• Support logistics operational processes and continuous improvement.
• Streamline shipping processes and pursue standard logistics improvements.
• Ensure movement of goods complies with legal and customs requirements.
• Promote safety and 5S in the warehouse and ensure compliance.
