DHL Express Malaysia invites you to join an internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in international logistics. This role supports data entry, invoice verification, and cross-checking shipping documents, helping keep customs clear and shipments moving.

You should have a degree or equivalent, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, and proficiency in Office tools. The internship lasts at least 6 months, with shifts and exposure to an international environment in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required.
• 6+ months internship duration.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work in shifts.

Responsabilités

• Verify customer details, importer/exporter codes and tax registration numbers.
• Enter commercial invoice details into the data system.
• Cross-check invoice against packing lists, airway bills and permits.
• Flag discrepancies to customs clearance for follow-up.
