Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Iskandar Puteri, Johor is offering an internship for Business & Logistics students in the CDZ (Custom Declaration) Department. You will learn from senior experts and gain hands-on experience across multiple duties within the department.

Successful candidates will receive a monthly internship allowance and the opportunity to develop skills in customer reporting, duty clearance, and internal systems such as CW1.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
• Intake for Oct 2026 onwards.
• Previous experience with customers is a plus.
• Ability to write and speak professionally in English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Customer billing report submission.
• Update and track cheque for duty clearance.
• Update status clearance loading list report.
• COR reporting & return to CDZ billing.
• Sorting COR for arrangement to respective customer.
• Communicate with runner to expedite COR return to office.
• Customer report & documents compilation.
• Support job creation via internal system (CW1).
• Update status clearance duty shipment & upload duty COR into CW1.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Transportation/Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain
