Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a detail-focused logistics professional to manage documentation and shipment coordination in a controlled environment. The role emphasizes accurate Customs filings, documentation control, and collaborating with brokers and carriers to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

You will handle SAP-based processes, review inbound and outbound paperwork, and support regulatory reporting while maintaining organized records and supporting audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics or LMW environment.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar logistics systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reading and understanding basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Customs applications and approvals (L1, L2, R1, K9, GPB1).
• Support Customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Handle shipment document requests for inventoried and non-inventoried shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents through Shipment Portal and SAP.
• Coordinate RTV (Return to Vendor) shipment documentation.
• Support inbound shipment activities, including review of shipping documents and broker coordination.
• Review and process Greenlight approvals for import/export shipments.
• Arrange shipment bookings with carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers.
• Ensure documents are complete and accurate before shipment movement.
• Maintain filing and record retention of shipping and Customs documents.
• Support Smart GPB, M1 and M2 reporting activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve shipment issues.
• Assist audit and compliance document requests.
