Job summary

ZW Packaging Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced logistics professional to coordinate daily import/export shipments, liaise with freight forwarders and customs, and manage necessary shipping documents. The role includes handling customs declarations, LMW licensing, bonded transportation, and warehouse/inventory activities.

The candidate will ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate records, and support audits. 2–3 years in shipping/logistics and a related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• 2–3 years of shipping, logistics, import/export, warehouse operations, or related experience.
• Experience with LMW operations, customs licensing, and bonded transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import and export shipments and liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents ( packing list, B/L, AWB, DO, COO, shipping instructions).
• Manage customs declarations, HS codes, and clearance processes with authorities.
• Administer LMW licensing, permits, and bond/vehicle related approvals.
• Oversee warehouse activities, inventory movements, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure ISO compliance, audit readiness, and proper record-keeping.
• Coordinate fleet, transport, and vehicle documentation including road tax and insurance.
