Job summary

YQN Logistics in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations professional to communicate and build rapport with customers, liners, co-loaders and agents, and to organize workflow to meet shipment timeframes.

The role requires at least 5 years of import/export operations in international freight forwarding, and a Diploma or Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with clients.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build good rapport and relationship with customers, liners, co-loaders and agents.
• Organize workflow to meet the time frame requirement of each shipment and monitor daily shipment update on each shipment to update customers or agents timely & accurately.
• Monitor and manage all enquiries from customer or agent have been responded promptly and acted accordingly.
• Verify and monitor each job task to ensure that there is no overlooked-on shipment arrangement.
• Liaison with customers, agents, operations and service providers on all operational related matters.
• Monitor payment receive from customers and agents before shipment collection or release.
• Monitor shipment and any other related records has been maintained and updated accordingly.
• Accomplish department and organization mission and objective by completing related result as needed
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.
