Job summary

Komatsu Oil Filters Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Admin Executive to support logistics and shipping operations in Johor Bahru. The role handles domestic and international shipments, invoicing, and data entry while coordinating with overseas managers.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in logistics, strong English and Malay communication, and a willingness to learn in a small office environment with potential Japanese language support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any Business field is preferable.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Self-starter with ability to report remotely to overseas managers.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage (JLPT N3 or above preferred).
• Basic understanding about international logistics is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic shipments within Malaysia.
• Coordinate international shipments between Malaysia and Japan or elsewhere overseas and process related shipping documents in a timely manner.
• Post-sale activities with both domestic and international customers including issuance of invoices.
• Perform data entry or update records in the system.
• Attend daily meetings with overseas managers.
• Attend occasional business trips as required.
