Job summary

VAT Vakuumventile AG in Switzerland is seeking a Team Leader Global and Key Account Quality to lead a high-performing team responsible for customer and product quality across global accounts.

The role focuses on defining objectives, ensuring resources, and driving preventive quality improvements, audits and scorecards, while coordinating with Product Quality, Engineering and management to meet customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Quality or Product Quality in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven people-leadership experience and operational performance within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across international matrix organizations; semiconductor/high-vacuum experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the assigned team, fostering ownership, accountability, customer focus and collaboration.
• Define objectives and conduct performance reviews based on global account priorities and site objectives.
• Maintain onboarding, knowledge transfer, backup coverage, structured handovers and succession planning.
• Coordinate Global and Key Account Quality Managers with senior leaders and account teams.
• Ensure effective complaint and escalation management with timely actions and cross-functional support.
