Job summary

Bybit seeks a highly skilled Internal Audit Expert to join its global internal audit function. The role involves developing risk-based audit plans, leading end-to-end engagements, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of financial services, cryptocurrency, and blockchain, with the ability to provide assurance to senior management and the Board on governance, risk, and controls, using analytics including SQL and AI-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CIA, CISA or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing or compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management practices, and IIA auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based internal audit plans aligned with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead end-to-end internal audit engagements and report to management and the Board.
• Draft high-quality audit reports with findings, root causes and practical recommendations.
• Monitor remediation of audit issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Leverage data analytics and AI-driven tools to enhance audit testing and risk assessment.
