Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement.
• Experience in Project management.
• Candidates with Oracle knowledge are an added advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge is required.
• Excellent problem solving & analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Mandarin).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Malaysian citizens or valid residence status.

Responsibilities

• Perform spent and cost analysis to identify savings and cost reduction opportunities.
• Source, select, manage and develop strategic regional suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts aligned with company strategy and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal customers to align strategies and tactics.
• Ensure procurement governance and drive process improvements.
• Support projects including waste recycling and asset disposal initiatives.
