Job summary

JINJING TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Kedah is seeking a Logistics Officer to ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to keep operations on schedule.

You will handle import/export documentation, liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and support ERP-enabled logistics processes. Proficiency in MS Office is required; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus; Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics, import/export, shipping, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Strong experience in shipment coordination and inbound logistics operations.
• Knowledge of customs clearance processes and coordination with customs brokers or relevant authorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with logistics or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Chinese-speaking preferred (due to business requirements with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor incoming shipments of raw materials and imported goods.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and relevant authorities for timely clearance and cargo delivery.
• Prepare, verify and maintain import documentation, including customs declarations and related shipping documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal departments to arrange cargo unloading and ensure smooth inbound operations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Department, suppliers and logistics service providers to resolve import-related issues.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates on import schedules and customs clearance progress.
• Verify import-related invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
