TERA GROUP in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Group Finance Manager to lead consolidation, manage subsidiaries in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and other regions using Oracle NetSuite, and ensure IFRS compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or equivalent, 5+ years in finance with 3+ in group finance, Big Four preferred, and fluency in Chinese and English, with strong internal controls and coordination across teams.

Formación

• More than 5 years of relevant financial accounting experience, including more than 3 years in group finance.
• Big Four accounting firm experience is highly desirable
• Financial accounting experience in data center (IDC) industry is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation of the Group's consolidated financial statements, including consolidation of financial data from subsidiaries in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and other regions periodically
• Coordinate accounting management of TERA GLOBAL and its affiliated subsidiaries, including Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia through Oracle NetSuite financial systems, establish standard and efficient accounting framework to ensure financial data is accurate, complete and aligned with international accounting standards and Group accounting policies and conventions
• Manage daily accounting activities of TERA GLOBAL, including voucher preparation, ledger maintenance and accounts reconciliation in a timely manner
• Review accounting treatment of each subsidiary to ensure consistent application of Group's accounting policies and compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities, support annual and special audits, provide complete and accurate financial information and follow through audit findings and improvement actions.
• Prepare financial statements and financial analysis reports in accordance with investor and stakeholder requirements, providing clear and useful financial information to support decision making.
• Coordinate with finance teams across the Group and provide accounting related guidance to improve internal control and intercompany transactions
• Preparation of Group Business Plan and reviewing business performance
