Job summary

ACCA Careers in Selangor is seeking an experienced Am, Accounting & Finance to manage core consolidation and reporting activities. You will prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, coordinate group consolidation, and ensure timely Bursa Malaysia compliance.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, and openness to Big 4 audit backgrounds. This is a permanent position offering MYR 8,000–11,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and reviewing financial reports and analyses.
• Experience in Group Consolidation.
• Open to Big 4 Audit candidates.
• Ability to work accurately with financial data and accounts.
• Capable of coordinating financial information with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with Bursa Malaysia and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the group consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate submission from subsidiaries.
• Prepare Bursa announcements, quarterly reports, and annual reports within stipulated reporting deadlines.
• Review intercompany transactions, balances, and reconciliations to ensure accurate group reporting.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key variances, and provide insights to management.
• Liaise with external auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, and regulatory bodies on reporting matters.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, and other statutory regulations.
• Drive continuous improvements in consolidation, reporting processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
