Job summary

GLORY's Group Finance team in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Consolidation Specialist to own month-end close, intercompany eliminations, and statutory reporting.

You will partner with regional finance teams and external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate group results, IFRS compliance, and production of group reporting packages. The role also supports acquisition and restructuring projects and technical accounting papers.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with 3–5 years' experience in group finance, consolidation and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidation journals.
• Review intercompany balances and eliminations.
• Prepare group reporting packages.
• Support annual external audits.
• Assist with technical accounting papers.
• Ensure compliance with Group Accounting Policies.
• Review monthly reporting submissions from regional finance teams and investigate variances.
• Build relationships with regional finance teams and key stakeholders.
• Support acquisition, restructuring and finance transformation projects.
• Ensure consolidation of group results follows monthly timetables.
