American Express is seeking candidates for Global Fraud Operations to protect customers by preventing and recovering from fraud. You will interact with premium Card Members across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America, delivering service with a customer-first mindset.

The role requires bilingual/multilingual capabilities (Cantonese, Mandarin, English) and a Diploma or higher. Night shifts (rotating) and a blend of hybrid or onsite work are offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or higher preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• 2+ years of direct customer management.
• Hospitality/premium retail/advertising/call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities
