Job summary

American Express International Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Fraud Operations professional in Kuala Lumpur to protect accounts from fraud while delivering world-class service to premium customers across APAC, Europe, and North America.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher education is required.
At least 2 years’ experience directly managing customers.
Willingness to rotate night shifts.

Responsibilities

Interact with premium customers to protect accounts from fraud, primarily via inbound and outbound calls.
Make sound decisions through systematic analysis to prevent fraud and enable spend.
Meet and exceed Customer Experience and Efficiency metrics.
Identify workflow improvements based on customer needs to maintain best-in-class experience.
Serve Service Establishments and Card Members across markets and various Lines of Business including Fraud.
