Job summary

dtcpay, a MAS-licensed payment service provider bridging traditional finance and digital assets, is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex fintech projects. You will collaborate with Development, QA, Compliance and Operations, and coordinate with external banks and payment channel providers to ensure governance and on-time delivery in a regulated environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive risk management, and clear stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing fintech or payments projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-border payment and banking integration projects.
• Experience with multi-party governance and SOPs.
• Experience with external partners such as banks and payment providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Identify blockers and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality.
• Organise cross-functional meetings and ensure information sharing.
