Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Reporting to deliver accurate monthly close reports, dashboards and variance analyses. You will oversee IFRS consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, driving data integrity across ERP, consolidation tools, and BI platforms.

You will lead a high-performing Financial Reporting and Consolidation team, coach staff, collaborate with auditors and Group HQ, and drive continuous improvements in

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in financial reporting or FP&A within a multi-entity environment.
• Experience leading small teams and driving reporting improvements.
• Hands-on with ERP and reporting systems (SAP/Oracle, Hyperion/OneStream).

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end accountability for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packs.
• Lead IFRS group consolidation, intercompany eliminations and capital consolidation.
• Oversee statutory/regulatory reports and ensure IFRS compliance.
• Manage reporting calendar across geographies.
• Drive data integrity across ERP, consolidation tools and BI platforms.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop the Financial Reporting and Consolidation team.
