• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources to produce complete and accurate reporting packages.
• Validate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and ensure report completeness prior to submission.
• Support management reporting requirements and maintain reporting schedules.
• Generate and distribute standard reports for finance and business stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of reporting processes, templates, and automation opportunities.
• Prepare and submit designated journal entries through BlackLine in accordance with established policies and controls.
• Ensure supporting documentation is complete and properly maintained.
• Coordinate with relevant accounting teams to resolve journal-related inquiries.
• Perform limited financial analysis, trend reviews, and variance investigations to support business needs.
• Provide analytical support for approximately 30% of role capacity based on reporting cycles and business requirements.
• Support communication with Asia-Pacific stakeholders, including teams in Taiwan and Korea.
• Participate in meetings, discussions, and issue-resolution activities conducted primarily in Traditional Chinese and Korean.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational teams to gather reporting requirements and clarify financial information.
