Job summary

Selkirk Sport - We Are Pickleball is seeking a detail-oriented Finance professional to manage high-volume payment gateway reconciliations, inventory costing, e-Invoicing compliance, and cash flow forecasting. You will play a key role in supporting a forthcoming ERP/accounting system integration and ensure robust financial controls.

Based in Kuala Lumpur with flexible remote options, you will collaborate with the global finance team to streamline processes, deliver accurate management reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience; retail/e-commerce/inventory focus preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with payment reconciliations and inventory costing.
• Knowledge of Malaysian LHDN e-Invoicing requirements and MFRS.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems; system implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily/monthly sales with gateways (Stripe, FPX) and internal systems.
• Oversee inventory, stock movements, landed cost, and COGS reporting.
• Lead e-Invoicing submissions to LHDN and ensure statutory compliance.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital.
• Produce monthly management accounts and group consolidation.
• Support ERP/system integration for finance operations.
