Job summary

Selkirk Sport, LLC is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join our Finance team in Malaysia. This role focuses on high-volume payment gateway reconciliations, inventory costing, e-Invoicing compliance, and cash flow forecasting to support our rapid growth.

You will help implement our ERP system integration, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate with auditors and tax partners. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in accounting, with experience in retail or e-commerce.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/MIA/CPA/ICAEW).
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience in retail, e-commerce or inventory-heavy industries.
Strong hands-on experience with payment gateway reconciliations and inventory/cost accounting.
Familiarity with Malaysian LHDN e-Invoicing requirements and local tax rules.

Responsibilities

Perform daily/monthly payment gateway reconciliations across Stripe FPX and gateways.
Oversee inventory accounting, stock movements, landed costs, and COGS reporting.
Lead implementation of e-Invoices to LHDN and ensure statutory compliance.
Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow projections and monitor working capital.
Produce monthly management accounts and intercompany consolidations.
Support ERP/system integration efforts for finance operations.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents.
