Job summary

Swarovski Global Business Services Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join a diverse team that drives cutting-edge financial reporting and planning. You will own the budget and rolling forecasts, partner with controllers, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 5+ years in controlling or finance operations, a finance degree, and strong English communication. Expertise in SAP, Analysis for Office, and Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in controlling, financial reporting, or finance operations, preferably in Shared Service environments.
• Degree/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• ACCA/CIMA/CPA completed or in progress is an advantage.
• Strong experience in financial accounting, management reporting, and controlling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope management and financial reporting, including standard and ad‑hoc reports, commentary, and deep-dive analysis for stakeholders.
• Own Budget and Rolling Forecast activities in line with guidelines.
• Partner with local cluster, corporate, and functional controllers for interpretation of figures.
• Ensure high data quality and consistency across reporting; identify and implement improvements.
• Develop new reports and analyses to meet evolving business needs.
• Support monthly reporting cycles, MEC verification and audits as required.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives and documentation updates.
• Act as senior team contributor, sharing knowledge within GBS/Controlling team.
