Job summary

Averis is seeking a Finance leader to manage Cost & Controlling and Management Reporting in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee cost reconciliation, postings in SAP, and the integrity of monthly/quarterly financial reports while coaching a team of analysts.

You will drive process improvements, ensure policy compliance, and manage deadlines within a dynamic Global Business Services environment. Prior leadership and SAP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong background in finance and accounting with ability to lead a team.
• Experience with SAP postings and cost allocations.
• Proven track record in management reporting and financial analysis.
• Ability to train and mentor analysts and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost & Controlling processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Lead the Management Reporting team to meet monthly/quarterly and year-end deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with policies and respond to audits and queries.
• Coach, mentor and develop Analysts/Senior Analysts; manage workload and SLA.
• Drive continuous improvement across Cost & Controlling and Reporting processes.
