MVC Resources is seeking a hands-on Accountant to manage the full spectrum of company accounting for assigned entities, including day-to-day operations and month-end close. Reporting to Group Finance Controller with dotted line to local Finance Manager, you will support group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations and regional financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a solid accounting foundation and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-border teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years in mid-tier or Big 4 audit experience preferred.
• Multinational group reporting experience.
• ERP experience advantageous, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage month-end closing for assigned entities with accuracy.
• Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet analyses with variance review.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain organized supporting docs.
• Oversee AR/AP activities, invoices, and approval checks.
• Support monthly Group consolidation and intercompany reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide schedules as required.
• Support statutory reporting and local regulatory compliance.
• Assist in ad-hoc finance projects and cross-border initiatives.
