We are seeking a hands-on Accountant to manage the full spectrum of company-level accounting for assigned entities, covering day-to-day financial operations and month-end closing. Reporting to the Group Finance Controller with a dotted line to the local Finance Manager, you will support Group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and regional financial reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a mid-tier or Big 4 audit firm; in-house accounting experience is preferred.
• Experience with management and Group reporting within a multinational corporate structure.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication across time zones and countries.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet reporting deadlines.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and handling of confidential financial data.

Aufgaben

• Manage the complete month-end close for assigned entities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly P&L and Balance Sheet; review variances.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain organized supporting docs.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable workflows and approvals.
• Support monthly Group consolidation with required schedules/data.
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations and follow up on differences.
• Ensure data for Group reporting is complete and compliant.
• Assist in management reports, financial schedules, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide schedules for audits.
• Support statutory reporting and local regulatory compliance.
• Undertake ad-hoc finance tasks and assist corporate projects.
