Job summary

Private Advertiser is expanding its finance team and seeking a highly skilled chartered accountant to lead group consolidation and high-level financial reporting. The role involves ensuring MFRS-compliant full-set accounting, governance protocols, and close collaboration with corporate advisors and external auditors.

Ideal candidates hold CA (MIA) and preferably ACCA/CPA/MICPA/ICAEW, with 4–6 years in corporate reporting or Big 4 audit.

Qualifications

Must be a registered Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants—C.A.(M).
Professional degree (ACCA, CPA Australia, MICPA, or ICAEW) is highly preferred.
4–6 years of experience in corporate financial reporting, group consolidation, or a Big 4 audit environment.
Strong professional ethics with the ability to manage sensitive, high-profile corporate information.

Responsibilities

Lead group financial consolidation and prepare high-level financial reporting frameworks
Oversee full-set accounting compliance and statutory requirements in line with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
Assist senior leadership in implementing corporate governance protocols and financial controls
Liaise directly with corporate advisors, external auditors, and tax professionals for structural exercises
