Bruker is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Calibration & Test in Malaysia to develop, implement, and continuously improve calibration and test processes across product lines. The role drives process stability, yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and operational excellence with Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality teams.
Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in related engineering fields, experience with precision measurement and calibration systems, and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Manufacturing Engineer – Calibration & Test is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving calibration and test processes within product line. This role ensures products meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements through robust calibration methodologies, process controls, and manufacturing support. The engineer acts as the technical expert for calibration operations, driving process stability, yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and operational excellence while collaborating closely with Manufacturing, R&D and Quality.
