Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Calibration & Test in Malaysia to develop, implement, and continuously improve calibration and test processes across product lines. The role drives process stability, yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and operational excellence with Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in related engineering fields, experience with precision measurement and calibration systems, and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is required.
• 3–5+ years in Manufacturing/Calibration/Test/Process Engineering.
• Experience with precision measurement systems and calibration processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, DOE, and RCA.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve calibration and test processes for products.
• Provide technical support for production calibration issues.
• Develop, maintain, and improve calibration procedures and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality, yield, and throughput.
• Support qualification, validation, and maintenance of calibration equipment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D and Service teams.
• Train production personnel on calibration processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
