The role requires PLC proficiency, schematic interpretation, and strong communication across international teams. Travel may be required, and a focus on customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years experience with mechatronic equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and use test instruments.
• Familiar with PLC programming (Siemens S7-1200/1500).
• Willingness to travel internationally and work with cross-cultural teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, review drawings, and manage materials for overseas projects.
• Supervise third-party installation teams and ensure delivery standards and quality.
• Act as technical liaison with clients, partners, and internal teams; report progress regularly.
• Provide on-site operation and maintenance training and post-sales support as required.
• Strengthen client relationships and drive ongoing customer satisfaction.
