Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Engineer (Instrumentation and Control) to join a 24/7 global monitoring team. You will monitor operating systems, respond to alarms, and support incident control across sites.

The role requires an Electrical/Electronic (Instrument & Control) background, knowledge of process engineering or BMS control systems, and a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience; 12-hour day/night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

Electrical/Electronic (Instrument & Control) background is essential.
Strong understanding of process engineering or BMS control systems.
Data analysis management ability (Use Case analysis).
Minimum of 2 years hands on experience.
Willing to work 12-hour shift pattern (Day/Night), subject to client requirements.

Responsibilities

Monitor and health check operating systems across the globe.
Respond to alarms and provide first line remote fixes.
Support the incident controller to ensure system settings are available.
Maintain close contact with the site team.
Manage escalation and incident management as a key deliverable.
Prepare the environment and make informed decisions to ensure operation success.
Work as part of a 24/7 team in a high-pressure working environment.
Develop global engineering control centre operations.
