Intel Corporation in Kulim, Malaysia seeks a Construction and Tool Install Project Manager for a contracted, on-site role. You will lead construction projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating with Tool Install, Facilities Operations and Factory to ensure scope, schedule, budget and safety targets are met.

The role requires a engineering/architecture background with 4+ years of PM experience on large industrial facilities or base-builds; Master’s degree and PMP are advantageous,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field with 4+ years PM experience
• Experience on major industrial facilities and large base build projects or tool installation
• Preferred: Master's degree and PMP certification; semiconductor experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver construction projects using multiple project delivery and compensation strategies
• From project initiation through closeout, including development and management of scope, schedules, budgets, contracting and compensation strategies, EHS, quality program, project controls and change management
• Ensure compliance with Construction Management Practices and standard operating procedures
• Interact with customer management; Resource plan the project; Direct construction project teams; Understand contracts; Coordinate with Tool Install, Facilities Operations and Factory to develop an integrated plan

From project initiation through closeout, including the development and management of project scope, schedules, budgets, contracting and compensation strategies, EHS, quality program, project controls and change management.• Ensure that the project is at all times in compliance with Construction Management Practices and to standard operating procedures.
