• Open to fresh graduates or candidates seeking broader export sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with new and existing international customers via email, calls and virtual meetings.
• Manage enquiries, quotations, and pro forma invoices with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate orders with Planning, Molding, Packing and Administration teams from samples to delivery.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates and issue resolution.
• Review export documents and maintain records of drawings, sample approvals, and contracts.
