Qualifications

• Diploma, TVET or SKM qualification.
• Confident spoken and written English with international customers.
• Basic Excel for data entry and order tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build international customer relationships via email, calls and virtual meetings.
• Handle enquiries, quotes and pro forma invoices with care and accuracy.
• Coordinate orders with Planning, Molding, Packing, and Administration teams.
• Review export documents and maintain records of drawings, sample approvals, signed contracts, quotations, and related documents.
