Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end export operations: shipping coordination, customs clearance, and documentation.
• Develop and implement export strategies to improve efficiency and meet business objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the export team, ensuring performance targets and standards.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation standards.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, freight forwarding partners, and external service providers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling shipment inquiries and service requirements.
• Monitor export performance, shipment volumes, costs, and revenue; report to management.
• Negotiate with providers to optimise shipping arrangements and costs.
• Review and approve export quotations, invoices, costing, and service charges.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service.
