Job summary

Agensi Perkerjaan Risewave Consulting Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Senior Executive Search Consultant to deliver end-to-end mid-to-senior level recruitment and executive search projects in Malaysia.

You will independently manage client partnerships, talent sourcing, project delivery and business development, driving sustainable placement performance across Malaysia’s industrial and corporate markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years executive search/headhunting experience with proven mid-to-senior placement track records.
• Proficient in full-cycle search, market mapping and high-end talent assessment.
• Independent client development capability with solid account management skills.
• Strong English communication, presentation and negotiation skills for engaging clients and senior talents.
• Familiar with candidate sourcing and mainstream recruitment CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, resilient and target-oriented, able to deliver consistent results under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Executive Search - Independently execute full recruitment workflows: requirement analysis, market mapping, passive headhunting, candidate assessment, interview arrangement, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up.
• Client Development & Account Management - Partner with client HR and hiring leaders to understand talent needs, provide professional recruitment consultation, maintain long-term partnerships and secure new job mandates.
• Talent Pipeline Development - Source high-caliber passive talents via LinkedIn, industry networks and referrals; build and update a sustainable mid-to-senior talent database.
• Candidate Consultation - Deliver career coaching, job matching and salary negotiation support to ensure premium candidate experience and long-term relationship retention.
• Industry & Market Analysis - Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks and talent dynamics to support client recruitment strategies and project optimization.
• KPI & Project Delivery - Ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery, achieve individual and team KPIs, and track post-placement retention.
• Standardized Administration - Maintain accurate recruitment documents, evaluation reports and timely ATS/CRM system updates.
