Job summary

TR Build Group Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced corporate operations and project coordination leader to act as the Chairman's representative in Malaysia and to coordinate with regional managers. The role requires strong communication, data consolidation, and strategic oversight of construction and related divisions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in corporate management or cross-regional coordination, with familiarity in KL and Southeast Asia markets, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Excellent writing, business communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• At least 5 years in corporate management, business coordination, or cross-regional project coordination.
• Experience in e-commerce, interior decoration, or construction industries is a plus.
• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur market; local experience preferred.
• Experience in Indonesian market or coordination adds value.
• Basic English communication and writing skills for daily international matters.
• Strong execution and information integration; able to follow up on operations.
• Team management experience, staff assessment, or team building is advantageous.
• High professionalism and confidentiality.
• Willing to travel frequently and work across multiple countries.
• Independent, clear-minded, and able to handle business matters autonomously.
• Focus on corporate operations and project management; no responsibility for Chairman's personal affairs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Chairman's internal and external business representative in Malaysia.
• Convey the Chairman's directions, monitor progress, and ensure implementation.
• Collect and consolidate data from Malaysia construction and related businesses.
• Prepare reports and assist in team assessment and supervision.
• Support Jakarta construction business planning and development.
• Assist in building the Indonesia materials rental business and team.
• Follow up on discussions, market development, and partner communications in Indonesia.
• Coordinate with Chengdu headquarters on Southeast Asia e-commerce and collaborations.
• Ensure effective communication between domestic and international projects.
• Liaise with partners and represent the Chairman in negotiations and coordination.
• Handle cross-regional matters and special projects assigned by the Chairman.
