Job summary

Swift in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Event Operations professional to support global events including Sibos and regional gatherings. You will collaborate with planners, manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships, and help shape Swift’s presence at major events across APAC and beyond.

Qualifications

• Degree in Event Management or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in event management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with planners to define event vision and goals.
• Ensure permits are obtained for events and comply with local laws.
• Develop and manage event timelines and project plans.
• Coordinate setup, staffing, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor budgets and process invoices for services rendered.
• Provide post‑event reporting and wrap‑up activities.
