Job summary

Aqualis Group is seeking a Global Director of Facilities and Subsea Engineering to lead Asset Integrity Management strategy and scale AIM services internationally. The role will drive a coordinated offering across facilities, structures, pipelines and wells, while accelerating growth in APAC, Middle East and beyond.

Based in Malaysia, Brazil or the UK, the role will report to executive management and build a scalable delivery model with governance, standards and quality across AIM projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering; professional accreditation beneficial.
• Proven experience building and scaling AIM in O&G/offshore.
• Strong leadership with financial and portfolio accountability.
• Track record managing complex projects and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the AIM strategy, business plan, operating model and roadmap.
• Coordinate facilities, structural, pipeline and well integrity management systems.
• Lead international pipeline development and govern AIM delivery with standards.
