Job summary

Aqualis Group invites an experienced leader to define and scale the Asset Integrity Management (AIM) proposition into a scalable, international growth platform. The role requires steering strategy across facilities, structures, pipelines and wells with senior leadership alignment.

You will drive a coordinated AIM offering, identify key clients, and coordinate cross-regional delivery while advancing digital and data-led integrity solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering; accreditation beneficial.
• Experience building and scaling Asset Integrity Management business in O&G/offshore.
• Proven leadership with financial and portfolio responsibility.
• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own AIM strategy, business plan, operating model and implementation roadmap.
• Create a coordinated proposition covering FAC; structural, pipeline and well integrity management systems.
• Identify priority clients and support international sales pipeline development.
• Provide senior technical leadership with governance, methodologies, standards and quality across AIM delivery.
• Coordinate capabilities and delivery resources across Aqualis; build a SME network.
• Guide development of digital and data-led integrity solutions leveraging Group platforms.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend recruitment, partnering or acquisitions.
• Report progress, commercial performance and strategic recommendations to exec management and Board.
• Plan workload long- and short-term in coordination with regional MDs.
• Support invoicing and cash collection to ensure WIP targets.
• Oversee project safety, quality, schedule and resources.
