Fulkrum is seeking an experienced Asset Integrity & Consultancy Services Manager to lead and grow the AIM department across the Asia Pacific region, with a preference for Malaysia. The role combines technical credibility in asset integrity with strong leadership, commercial acumen and client‑facing capability.

You will drive delivery quality, oversee scopes such as RBI, FFS and corrosion assessments, and collaborate with regional teams to align offerings with market needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading asset integrity or related engineering services.
• Ability to lead cross-functional delivery across international projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (API/ASME/DNV/ISO).

Responsabilités

• Lead the Asset Integrity Management and Consultancy Services department.
• Strengthen delivery, structure and performance of AIM offerings.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across services.
• Oversee AIM/consultancy scopes, RBI, FFS, corrosion, pipeline integrity, inspections.
• Provide technical governance across asset integrity workscopes.
• Collaborate with regional and commercial teams to align services.
• Improve internal processes, tools and systems for quality delivery.
• Engage with strategic clients to understand requirements and opportunities.
• Own technical and commercial proposals with Commercial team support.
• Support cost tracking, budgets, timelines and department performance.
• Develop capability via recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Represent Fulkrum at client meetings and industry events.
