Job summary

You will work with IT teams to integrate initiatives, track performance, and document procedures while supporting end users with tiered digital and technology help desk services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage key processes across the organization, leading conversations with collaborators.
• Complete the organization's digital strategy and handle the digital roadmap to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate initiatives with the technology infrastructure.
• Track and report the performance of department initiatives.
• Document procedures and standards and identify misalignments with controls.
• Provide tiered digital & technology support for end users and resolve issues.
