Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Digital Strategy & Innovation Manager to design, develop, support, and administer basic applications and digital options. You will supervise new digital initiatives and coordinate with IT to align with business goals.

The role involves leading key processes, tracking performance, and ensuring procedures meet controls while applying CBRE RISE values across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Ability to troubleshoot client systems and technologies and provide solutions.
• Understanding of software development and how software connects.
• Ability to create software using low-code/no-code tools (SmartSheet, PowerShell, PowerApps, SharePoint).
• InfoSec principles.
• Understanding of data feeds and SSO.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Manage key processes across the organization and lead conversations with collaborators.
• Finalize the digital strategy and maintain the digital roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure initiatives integrate with infrastructure.
• Track and report performance of department initiatives.
• Document procedures and ensure alignment with controls.
• Provide tiered digital and technology support for end users.
• Research app development, infrastructure, or service standards.
• Identify and tackle technical and operational problems.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values.
• Apply knowledge to achieve team objectives.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
