Roche Services & Solutions Operations APAC unveils a Business Operations Associate (Marketing) role within the Global Digital Hub. You will support end-to-end digital communications, activate products, manage data in SAP, and collaborate with affiliates to enable digital platforms.

You bring a 1–3 year track record in digital operations or shared services, a BSc/MSc in a relevant field, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years in digital operations or shared services.
• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) and digital workflow tools.
• Strong understanding of process-driven environments and global execution.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end digital customer communications and notifications using global platforms and manage mailing lists.
• Drive digital product activation and master data management in SAP and WoMDER to ensure complete, compliant setups.
• Provide daily operational support to global stakeholders and affiliates, resolving tool logic issues, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining audit readiness across platforms.
• Collaborate with affiliates on localized inputs, system rollouts, and user enablement via standard platforms like Cornerstone.
• Identify operational bottlenecks to provide continuous feedback and drive process standardization, automation, and workflow optimization.
