Roche is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to join the Global Digital Hub within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. You will support and execute digital initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders worldwide to optimize performance using SAP and other platforms.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in digital operations or shared services, a BSc/MSc in a relevant field, and strong English communication.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area such as Digital Marketing, IT, Communications or Business.
• 1–3 years of digital operations or shared services experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with digital workflow tools and data management platforms.
• Strong understanding of process-driven global execution and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end digital customer communications and notifications across global platforms.
• Drive activation and master data management in SAP and WoMDER to ensure compliant setups.
• Provide daily operational support to global stakeholders, resolve tool logic issues, and maintain audit readiness.
• Collaborate with affiliates on localized inputs, system rollouts, and user enablement via standard platforms like Cornerstone.
• Identify bottlenecks and help drive standardization, automation, and workflow optimization.

The Position

The Global Digital Hub has been established within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.

The Opportunity

As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub's long-term outcomes and strategy, as well as excellent delivery of our various digital operations priorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different initiatives. You work with relevant stakeholders and consult on how to develop their digital performance further and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.

• Execute end-to-end digital customer communications and notifications using global platforms, managing mailing lists and tracking distribution
• Drive digital product activation and master data management in SAP and WoMDER to ensure complete, compliant, and accurate setups
• Provide daily operational support to global stakeholders and affiliates, resolving tool logic issues, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining audit readiness across platforms
• Collaborate with affiliates on localized inputs, system rollouts, and user enablement via standard platforms like Cornerstone
• Identify operational bottlenecks to provide continuous feedback and drive process standardization, automation, and workflow optimization

Who you are

• You hold a BSc/MSc degree (desirable in Digital Marketing, IT, Communication, or Business) with 1–3 years of digital operations or shared services experience
• You have hands‑on experience with enterprise systems (such as SAP), digital workflow tools, and data management platforms
• You possess a strong understanding of process‑driven environments and standard global execution
• Strong English communication skill is essential
• You are detail‑oriented, analytical, and customer‑focused, with a passion for digital systems and continuous improvement
