Job summary

QUETTA BYTE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Data Centre-Modeling Delivery Specialist/Manager to lead end-to-end on-site delivery of overseas IDC projects.

You will build and manage a delivery team, establish standardized workflows and act as the main liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires hands-on project experience in IDC, cloud infrastructure, and IT deployments, plus strong bilingual communication in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering or related disciplines.
• Hands-on project experience in IDC, cloud computing, IT infrastructure or low-voltage engineering.
• Basic knowledge of IDC data centre infrastructure and server/network devices.
• Basic project management awareness and reporting skills.
• Overseas on-site project support or cross-border collaboration experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong responsibility, resilience and cross-cultural communication.
• Willing to travel globally for extended periods (over 6 months/year).
• Bonus: data-centre certifications (CDCP/ATD) or PMP/Prince2; IDC service provider experience in SEA.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end on-site delivery management of overseas IDC projects.
• Build and manage overseas delivery team from scratch and plan talent development.
• Establish a comprehensive delivery system with workflows, specs, QC and risk responses.
• Act as primary delivery liaison with product-R&D, operations, supply chain and clients.
• Coordinate on-site supervision and global travel across regions.
