seeks a Data Centre-Modeling Delivery Specialist/Manager to lead end-to-end on-site delivery of overseas IDC projects, overseeing deployment, racking, network commissioning and system acceptance. The role involves building an overseas delivery team, standardising workflows, and coordinating with product-R&D, operations, and clients, while preparing for global travel and cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in CS/Telecom/Network Eng or related field.
• Hands-on IDC/ cloud/ IT infra project delivery experience.
• Knowledge of IDC infrastructure (power, cooling, cabling) and device installation.
• Basic project management awareness and reporting skills.
• Overseas on-site project experience or cross-border collaboration preferred.
• Bilingual Chinese/English for liaising with teams/clients.
• Willingness to travel globally (>6 months per year).
• Certifications (CDCP/ATD/PMP/Prince2) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end on-site delivery of overseas IDC projects.
• Oversee data centre deployment, racking, network commissioning and system acceptance.
• Build and manage overseas delivery team from scratch.
• Implement standardized workflows, quality control, and risk management.
• Coordinate with product-R&D, O&M, supply-chain, and clients to meet targets.
