Job summary

You will own delivery, guide Azure-based data initiatives, manage incidents, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while driving performance, recruitment, and career development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data & Analytics professionals
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning activities
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture
- Own the delivery and operational management of Data Warehouse services
- Ensure platform stability, availability, and continuous improvement
- Manage incidents, service requests, service levels, and operational processes
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across the organization
- Understand business challenges and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide guidance and oversight across Data Warehouse, Analytics, Integration, and Data Platform initiatives
