Job summary

Pride Global in Malaysia seeks a Data Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of the Azure Data Platform Modernization Program. You will coordinate onshore and offshore streams, define the target-state architecture, and oversee migration from IBM DataStage to Azure Synapse/ADF along with ADLS Gen2 data lake implementation.

This role serves as the primary accountable party for solution architecture decisions and governance.

Qualifications

IBM DataStage (legacy ETL landscape)
Program/delivery governance for large-scale modernization engagements
Stakeholder management with onshore/offshore delivery models

Responsibilities

Own overall delivery accountability for the Azure Data Platform Modernization Program across all workstreams
Define and govern the target-state Azure architecture spanning Synapse, ADF, ADLS Gen2, and Power BI
Lead solution design for the IBM DataStage to Azure Synapse/ADF migration approach
Coordinate the onshore (Malaysia) and offshore (India) delivery pods, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and quality
Chair delivery governance forums, status reporting, and risk/issue management with the client stakeholders
Review and sign off on architecture, data models, and migration runbooks produced by the Leads
Ensure platform governance, security, and operationalization practices are embedded across all workstreams
Act as the primary escalation point for technical and delivery risks
