Responsibilities

Act as communication coordinator from the Service Centre to assigned customers.
Manage both EDI and manual customer order entry.
Handle customer backlog: confirmation, reschedule, cancellation and reconciliation; communicate with customers.
Communicate daily with Asset and Supply Chain Planner and customers about supply status.
Ensure compliance with export rules for controlled products, including export licences prep.
Take responsibility for delivery, and resolve shipping and price discrepancies.
Manage customer returns / RMA and invoice discrepancies.
Provide customers with order confirmations, shipping and tracking information.
